Curling with the Girls, Prose and Preposition H

On FB today my status reads:

Kicked back watching USA vs China women's "Curling". What an engineering marvel, 4 chicks standing around giggling contemplating the correct swipes of a broom to get a chunk of granite down a slab of ice.

Then I commented on my own status with:

Should I call my Filipino maid in here to watch to see if she can muster up the same enthusiasm with the broom? Or just leave her alone in her never ending thoughts of her next approach for a loan for a pending divorce or marriage, VISA renewal, plane ticket home, fear of her mother getting sick; fear of mother dying or a brothers school tuition. Hum lost the signal oh well that's about how long her attention span is I'll have to try another approach. Yes, I could put that broom in my hand, but then what, it wouldn't be as much fun as "Curling" with the girls.

I love to write and my audience is complex it consist of me. Since jr. high I have penned my thoughts not in a formal journal I am not one for consistency. My train of thought and attention span is less than the maid I referred to above. I was asked recently if I "journaled" my reply was no thinking to myself this is such a cliche now days, self absorbing promotion of ones inner most thoughts. Why would you tell someone if you did. It sounds much more today that I blog.

One Christmas I thought I was being so creative I put together a sampling of humor and romantic prose. Compiled it into a pamphlet taking hours to choose just the right font and placement of each entry then handed it out to a select few as a Christmas gift. My mothers reaction was not one of joy or accomplishment, but more of "do you want people to think you are on drugs"?

Well, no drugs was not one of my concerns. I was thinking more on the line that critical review would deem a needed remedial grammar class. I really don't do commas all those rules of sentence construction just went in one ear and out the other back in the day. If, my words cannot connect in ones head maybe hand gestures will.

I'm still confused with the relationship of a preposition and why they named a product Preposition-
H, I don't remember a correlation between the words ouch or pain with the list of words usually associated as a preposition. But then again I'm a blonde.
